A/R aging
Open customer invoices by age, refreshed daily, on every plan. Know who to call this week.
Settlements, IFTA, factoring and fuel cards live in your accounting, not in spreadsheets.

Updated from delivered loads
Open customer invoices by age, refreshed daily, on every plan. Know who to call this week.
Vendor bills by due date and age on Essentials, so you can plan what to pay and when.
Revenue against the costs tied to each load, so you can see which customers and lanes carry their weight.
Profit and loss by unit, so a truck that costs more than it earns stands out before the year is over.
A cash flow view on Essentials from the payments you record. Company-wide profit comes with the general ledger on Advanced.
On Advanced: trial balance, balance sheet and income statement from the general ledger, once your books are set up.
A trucking company lives on load margin and truck utilization long before it looks at a balance sheet. The revenue views on Essentials answer the daily questions: did this load pay, which customer is slow, which truck is losing money.
They come from the same loads, invoices, bills and settlements you already record, so nobody exports data to build a separate profitability spreadsheet.
The Advanced plan adds a general ledger with a chart of accounts, journals and period close. Once your opening balances and accounts are set up, it produces a trial balance, balance sheet and income statement, and it can consolidate several companies with intercompany entries.
Prefer to keep the books in your accounting software? On Plus, sync with QuickBooks Online, Xero, Sage Business Cloud Accounting or Wave and use TruckerPro for the trucking side.
