Miles by jurisdiction
Record each trip’s miles by jurisdiction, against a truck unit if you like. The quarter adds them up for you instead of a spreadsheet.
Settlements, IFTA, factoring and fuel cards live in your accounting, not in spreadsheets.

Ready to review
Record each trip’s miles by jurisdiction, against a truck unit if you like. The quarter adds them up for you instead of a spreadsheet.
Each quarterly report uses the official IFTA tax rates for that quarter, so the tax per jurisdiction is worked out on the right rate.
EFS/WEX, Comdata and BVD fuel card transactions sync into TruckerPro, ready for the report.
Petro-Pass, Pilot Flying J, Pride and SPOL statements import from the files those programs give you.
Fuel invoices become bills in payables, so fuel is paid and tracked with every other vendor.
Fuel an owner-operator bought on your cards is charged back on their settlement statement from the same data.
TruckerPro prepares the quarterly IFTA report: miles and fuel by jurisdiction, taxable gallons, tax due or credit per jurisdiction, using the official rates. You review it and file the return with your base jurisdiction the way you do today. TruckerPro does not file it for you.
Because mileage comes from the trips you record and fuel from your card programs, the report is only as good as those entries. Purchases paid with cash or a personal card still need to be entered, so keep receipts the way your base jurisdiction expects.
A fuel purchase usually has three jobs: it is a bill to pay, a line on an owner-operator’s statement, and a number on the IFTA report. In TruckerPro the same record does all three, so the quarter-end report does not depend on someone reconciling three spreadsheets.
Card sync and statement imports run on Essentials and above, alongside bills and payables and owner-operator settlements.
How it works
Connect your fuel card programs, or import statements from file.
Enter trip miles by jurisdiction as the quarter runs; fuel purchases collect from your cards.
Check miles, gallons and tax by jurisdiction against the official rates.
Use the report to file with your base jurisdiction.
Invoice loads, collect payments and settle with drivers.
