Payments recorded
Online payments are recorded against the invoice, so aging and statements update without anyone keying them in.
Their invoices only
Each customer sees only their own invoices. Your other customers, rates and loads stay private.
Your Stripe account, your money
Online payment uses your own Stripe account. You connect it once, and customer payments are deposited by Stripe to your bank on Stripe’s schedule. Stripe’s processing fees apply and are between you and Stripe.
TruckerPro never holds customer payments. Which payment methods appear depends on what your Stripe account offers: card everywhere, and US ACH debit or Canadian pre-authorized debit where you have turned them on.
Fewer collections calls
Most late payments are not refusals. The invoice went to the wrong inbox, a PDF went missing, or nobody could find the payment details. A portal answers those questions before they turn into a 60-day invoice.
Pair it with customer statements and daily A/R aging and your billing office knows exactly which customers still need a call.

Do I need a Stripe account?
For online payments, yes: your own Stripe account, connected to TruckerPro. Customers can still see and download invoices without it.
Who receives the money?
You do, through your Stripe account. TruckerPro does not hold or move customer payments.
Can customers pay by bank debit?
Where your Stripe account has them turned on, US customers can pay by ACH debit and Canadian customers by pre-authorized debit.
